Dear Parents and Guardians:
All eleventh grade Berkeley County students in their third year of high school have the opportunity to take the ACT® OR the SAT® during the school day. The testing is being funded by the State, so there is no cost to you.
Please spend time reviewing your student’s academic history and previous PreACT or PSAT scores, along with their Individual Graduation Plan, to determine which test would best suite your student’s need. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your student’s school counselor. To assist in making this decision, your student may take a free practice test online.
Additional information on each test can be found by visiting the following websites:
We encourage you to explore both options and make a formal selection either on the form coming home with your student on October 31 or by using the Google form. Link below.
All forms are due on or before November 30, 2018.
Student flu shot forms were sent home Thursday, November 1, 2018 and need to be returned no later than Monday, November 26, 2018. Additional copies of the form are located in the Front Office. The shots will be administered at CBH on December 4, 2018.
Parents-Please be aware that the school district has implemented a new charge policy for all of our school cafeterias. Students will NOT be able to receive meals after 3 charges have been made to a negative account. If you have any questions please call the CBH cafeteria at 843-899-8795.
