With an extended school closure and many families in Berkeley County doing all they can to distance themselves from others, there is a change in the day-to-day schedule of our students.
Teachers will also have a workday on Friday, April 10, which was previously scheduled on the calendar.
Our technology staff continues to work tirelessly to ensure that you receive the support and tools that you need. With that in mind, please review the following so that you are familiar with the resources available to you and your child during our building closure.
BCSD teachers will be available during school operating hours to answer any student or parent questions and offer support on assigned work. Teachers may communicate via Google Classroom, SeeSaw, Remind, or email. BCSD Technology will be hosting a help desk to offer technical support to students during the eLearning Day from 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Authentic assessments and student led conferences are new to Berkeley Intermediate this year, and allows for students to take ownership of their learning.
Dec. 20 is National Ugly Christmas Sweater Day and students at multiple schools in the district went all out during their last week of school before break to show off their Christmas gear.
